  2. The competition is open to Australian residents except employees of Filter System Australia and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with Filter Systems Australia.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Entry details must be submitted and an entry will not be valid unless the person entering has liked the Filter System Australia Facebook page & Shared the post shown above.
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disregarded.
  7. Closing date for entry will be 30th September 2017. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. Filter System Australia also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  10. The prize is as follows: 1 of 3 Twin Benchtop Water Filters, valued at $80.00. Only one prize will be awarded each, to a total of 3 winners.
  11. Winners will be chosen ongoing from: 30th September 2017 at random from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
  12. The winner will be notified by email and/or Facebook and/or Phone within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  13. By entering the competition participants agree to receive promotional communications from Filter Systems Australia.
  14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
