This Professional Water Analysis Service is designed to provide a clear and accurate chemical and mineral profile of bore water supplies prior to selecting or investing in water treatment equipment. Bore water quality can vary significantly between locations and over time, making analysis an essential first step when addressing water quality concerns or planning filtration solutions.
The service is supplied as a complete sampling kit, allowing you to collect representative water samples directly from your bore or source. Once returned, samples are tested by a NATA-approved laboratory using industry-standard analytical methods. The resulting data is reviewed and compared against Australian Drinking Water Guidelines where relevant to the parameters tested.
This analysis focuses exclusively on chemical and mineral characteristics, including hardness, salinity indicators, dissolved metals, alkalinity, pH, total dissolved solids, and other key parameters commonly associated with bore water performance and treatment design. Microbiological testing is not included.
Following laboratory testing, you will receive a copy of your official lab report along with a brief interpretation and general guidance on potential treatment considerations based on the results. This guidance is intended to assist with filtration decision-making but does not constitute a guarantee that the water can be treated or made suitable for any specific end use.
This service is best suited to bore water used for domestic applications, with some suitability for smaller rural or agricultural systems. Rainwater collected in tanks and municipally supplied mains water typically gain limited value from this type of chemical analysis.
If you would like to provide additional context such as photos of your setup, water source details, or your intended use of the water, you may email this information to us once your sample has been collected.
