To be eligible for a trade or wholesale account, applicants must:

  • Hold an active ABN and operate an Australian-based business.
  • Be directly involved in a relevant industry with a clear link to water filtration.

Approved Industries Include:

  • Dedicated Water Filtration Retail Stores
  • Pump Stores
  • Licensed Plumbers and Plumbing Companies
  • Licensed Builders and Building Companies
  • Manufacturers (e.g. Caravan/RV manufacturers) — not end-users
  • Stockists with an established retail presence in a relevant industry

Important Notes:

  • This application is not intended for general trades, side-hustles, or resellers without direct industry relevance.
  • Businesses with no demonstrated experience in water filtration or related industries may not be approved.
  • End-users, one-off purchasers, or individuals applying for personal use will not be accepted.
  • Approved wholesale accounts must remain active and maintain reasonable purchase volumes to retain access.

We assess each application to ensure our wholesale program is suited to businesses that install or on-sell water filtration products with a reasonable level of familiarity. While it doesn’t need to be your core focus, we do look for applicants who have relevant industry experience or product knowledge, as this helps us provide the right level of support and maintain a professional standard across our wholesale network.
